WThis is a home-style take on a beverage featured on our latest drinks list. This is a party-sized premix that is loaded full of tastes of the Christmas time, making it excellent for your celebration. Any leftover citrus syrup to use in breakfast cocktails, desserts, or to make more rounds of the drink.

Serves 10 people
Ingredients for the Clementine Cordial (produces 750ml)
300ml fresh clementine juice
200ml fresh lemon juice
500g caster sugar
To make the Cocktail (makes 850ml, to serve 10)
400ml premium vodka
100ml classic gin
150ml peach liqueur
200ml citrus syrup (as made above)
Whole cranberries, as a garnish
Mandarin essential oil, to finish
Directions
For the Citrus Syrup: Put all the components into a pot, bring to a gentle boil, stirring so the sugar melts. Next, turn off the heat and leave to cool down completely. Decant to a clean bottle, cap it and refrigerate it chilled, it can be stored for about one month.
To make Batch Mix: Mix every liquid ingredients into a big jug, let it rest for 60 minutes, then pass it through preferably using a fine cloth, so it's perfectly clear.
For serving: Measure 85ml from the cocktail base into a mixing glass containing ice, gently stirring gently for a minute until cold. Filter into a cold coupe glass or a similar vessel, garnish with the cranberries and complete it by giving it a quick spritz with the mandarin essence over the drink.
